We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to support the Environment, Roads and Facilities department in the processing of all creditor invoices, raising official orders, raising debtor invoices in accordance with the late payments directive and Conwy’s Financial regulations.
Principal duties will include:
• Responsible for generation of Official orders
• Raising debtor invoices
• Assist with year-end procedures
• Collation of data for analytical and performance monitoring purposes
• Reconciliation of all grant expenditure and retention of records for grant claims.
You will need a good standard of education, need strong IT skills, be highly numerate and be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
