Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)
Join a dynamic Commercial team in Bristol as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with hybrid working options available. This role offers the chance to take on key accounts and manage financial control for exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle applications, valuations, and cost value reconciliation.
2. Control costs and forecasting, contributing to monthly financial reports.
3. Manage supply chains and assist with risk and value management.
4. Mentor the project team and oversee contract management.
5. Prepare subcontract inquiries, negotiate contracts, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
6. Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
7. Provide expert contractual advice.
Requirements:
Essential:
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
2. MRICS or currently studying for APC.
3. Experience with a main contractor.
Desirable:
1. Experience in the Water sector.
2. Knowledge of NEC contracts.
