We are seeking a highly reliable and flexible Security Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing security coverage across multiple sites at short notice, ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and premises. The successful candidate must be prepared to work days, nights, weekends, and sometimes respond to last-minute callouts. Key Responsibilities: Provide security coverage at designated sites across the region. Conduct routine patrols, access control, and monitoring of premises. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies. Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with staff and visitors. Complete detailed incident reports as required. Support site-specific security procedures and policies. Requirements: Valid SIA License (Security Guarding/Door Supervision). Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle. Flexibility to work at short notice, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different sites and requirements. Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Prior security experience is desirable but not essential. Basic IT literacy for reporting purposes. What do MITIE offer?
