Resourcer - Sunderland
NRL have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcer to join our Sunderland branch. Prior recruitment experience is not necessarily required, as full training will be given.
Our North East recruitment team have over 30 years’ experience in the Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing industry. They have built up a strong reputation for their service excellence and innovative solutions, supporting key clients within the Built Environment, Conventional Power, Renewable and Automotive sectors - to help them identify the best talent and workforce.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Resourcer to integrate into their busy, fast-paced environment - who has a desire to develop a career in the recruitment industry.

There will be a full training programme for the role and duties will include:
Account Management
Candidate/Client liaison
Recruitment and selection of candidates
Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
Creating and monitoring applications via the website and other job boards, screening candidates for suitability
Planning and organising recruitment activities with candidates.
Updating and maintaining database
Resourcing for numerous vacancies across our well-established client base
Utilising social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract talent
Attend careers fairs and networking events to build candidate base
