My client, a leading FM service provider, is looking for a driven individual to become the lead electrical engineer for a prestigious site that they maintain near Charing Cross. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider, the Engineer will be the go to engineer for the site whilst having the support of a team of mechanical and fabric engineers. You will be responsible for mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. This role suits an engineer who is looking for a bit more responsibility in their role and in return my client will offer high voltage training and confined space training for the engineer coming in. Duties PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
