Job Description:
Electus Recruitment is seeking an Electronics Engineer to join a dynamic SME that is part of a larger group of companies poised for significant growth. As an Electronics Engineer, you will contribute to innovative projects that protect the UK from emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop cutting-edge electronic components and systems.
2. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of experts to solve complex engineering challenges.
3. Conduct research and development on advanced technologies.
4. Contribute to the creation of prototypes and manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
1. Strong technical skills in two or more areas such as high-speed digital electronic design, FPGA firmware, RF and microwave electronics, antennas, power electronics, analogue electronics, algorithm development, and PCB technologies.
2. Current experience supporting projects in a highly sensitive security-cleared environment.
3. A relevant degree and a track record of academic excellence.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. A passion for innovation and a desire to make a real-world impact.
6. Enquiring mind and a passion for problem-solving.
7. Ability to obtain and maintain UK security clearance.
This is an on-site role. A flexible working policy exists; however, the applicant is expected to be on-site for the majority of the time.
