Come and join us The Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including End-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts receivable & credit control, in compliance with supplier accounts, applicable legislation and internal policies. This role sits within the Accounts receivable team, working with senior stakeholders to ensure successful transition of key activities and managing the billing and collection processes. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing accounts receivable balances to maximise cash flow. Collaborating with 3rd parties to streamline and improve the Dunning process. Carrying out and reviewing month-end KPI’s and reconciliation to support senior management. Empowering the team to review processes and actively promoting suggestions to improve. Co-ordinate with all teams within payment operations to improve the customer experience. Adhering to quality and compliance at all times. Supporting Managers on audit requirements to provide information and evidence as required. Owning and managing our stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders, leading regular meetings, conducting statement reconciliations, and prioritising query resolution. Represent the team on company-wide projects and initiatives. Using various communication tools including Microsoft Office & HubSpot to communicate with team members, stakeholders & customers. We tend to look for people with: PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Experience working within a fast-paced accounts receivable department Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure effective resource utilisation Good working knowledge of Excel Flexible and able to pick up new skills quickly Attention to detail Be able to present information in a clear and concise format Strong verbal communication skills DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong reconciliation skills Experience of working with Finance / Procurement systems like Oracle and CRM systems Self-motivated and works on your own initiative.
