If you have 1 years of experience in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you Position Details: Location: South Yorkshire Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Saturday: 1 in 4 Saturdays, ½ day Salary: £27,000 basic potential bonus opportunity Immediate start available Full training provided Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Manage orders received via fax, EDI, email, or telephone. Stock Management: Check stock availability and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time. Warranties & Returns: Process warranties and returns within agreed timescales. Customer Queries: Own customer queries, providing empathetic responses and ensuring prompt resolutions. 1st-Line Help & Technical Advice: Offer support to customers over the phone, email, or in person. Maintain Customer Data: Ensure customer information is updated and secured on internal systems. Performance: Meet and exceed business KPIs and adhere to best practices. What We're Looking For: 1 Year Automotive Experience (preferred) Strong Attention to Detail Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in Customer Service Why Join Us?
