Your new role: Co-ordinate change management activities to ensure timely delivery allowing benefits to be realised at earliest opportunity. Contribute to the institutionalisation of effective project and service processes and procedures. Responsible for creating, reviewing and the amendment of processes and procedures. Encourage the adoption of existing and new Vysiion standards, policies and processes to support regulatory compliance and audit controls. Provide a consolidation of outcomes from projects and feed these back into the business to assist future sales opportunities and the harvesting of active accounts for additional revenue. Provide validation of project (financial) accounting with corporate financial managers. Liaise with managers to capture and monitor cost and revenue across projects. What you’ll need to succeed: Experience of a project support or coordination role as is a strong desire and energy to succeed in building a stable project delivery. Coherent in the use of M365 tools, particularly Excel where the role holder will be expected to lead others in its use. Professional and courteous manner.
