Closing Date for Application: Thursday 27/02/2025 Genuit Group is seeking a talented Occupational Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join our team on a fixed term contract (12 months Mat Cover). We are a leading provider of sustainable water, climate, and ventilation solutions for the construction industry. Purpose Primarily to co-ordinate the provision of an efficient, accurate and professional administrative function of the Occupational Health & Wellbeing service including the m anagement of appointments, bookings and waiting lists for our support services of Physiotherapy and Counselling. Processing information, invoices, data entry, and creating and maintaining files and databases to track activities and workloads, whilst always maintaining security and confidentiality of information. In addition, the post holder will also assume responsibility for wellbeing/proactive/health promotion activity such as full co-ordination of the planning, booking, and arranging of onsite health events and creating, maintaining, and promoting Occupational Health’s digital presence across Genuit Group. Qualifications/Experience Previous experience within an administrative/co-ordinator role would be advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible, adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing demands from key stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to use own initiative and take a proactive approach. Understands the need for confidentiality that is required within the role with experience of handling sensitive and confidential data. Be competent in the use of software packages. Willing and able to undertake non-OH related administrative support tasks. Ensure that teamwork is a priority, and this is demonstrated on a daily basis. Have the ability to guide employees and managers in a supportive manner whilst maintaining good working relationships and keeping within policy guidelines.
