We're looking for a Home Connections Coordinator to join the Home Connections Team. This is a permanent role based in Yeovil.
As a Home Connections Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient co-ordination and administration of the end-to-end lettings process. To provide a customer-focused and efficient administrative service to the letting and mutual exchange processes, as well as coordination of our garage stock to drive maximum occupancy and profitability.
It’s important that our customers receive a high-level lettings service, and you have a service-orientated outlook and attitude. You will need to be a team player and portray a passion for helping people and a desire to make a difference.
If you’re confident, self-motivated and have a drive to exceed personal, team and organisational targets, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service, this may be the job for you!
