We Are Looking For: An enthusiastic individual to assist in delivering agreed learning activities and support pupil engagement across various classroom settings, including one-on-one interactions as needed. As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school's mission and values.
Understand how a pupil's learning is influenced by their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development, and recognise the stages of child development.
Provide encouragement and support to children and young people.
Challenge and motivate pupils, boosting their self-esteem and confidence.
Assist in marking pupils' work and accurately recording their achievements and progress.
Encourage children to value their experiences and knowledge.
Stay informed and updated on the school's policies, including Health and Safety and Child Protection.
Keep current with the SEN Code of Practice.
