We support our clients across electrical domestic gas, commercial gas and renewables services. Role The purpose of the role is to carry out electrical installations, reactive and repair works within residential communal areas Complete boiler and heating control installations Installation of electrical Heating equipment Fault find and repair faults found on electrical circuits and equipment Working in resident’s homes and communal areas Basic Electrical Testing knowledge i.e. complete Minor works Certification Perform other electrical tests and inspections, and produce the appropriate documentation in accordance with the current edition of BS7671 Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practices within the electrical industry Complete follow-on remedial works, where required The successful candidate will have City & Guilds NVQ level 3 City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition Full UK Driving Licence Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential Experience delivering high levels of customer service The ability to work with a diverse customer base What we can offer you Additional earnings via ECO Overtime opportunities Salary exchange pension Employee assistance programme 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising by one day with each full year of service (max five additional) Enhanced family leave (dependent on length of service) Sureserve is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
