Warehouse Operative Job Description
Day-to-day operational responsibility for Fluid Productions warehouse and equipment. Managing stock and outgoing/incoming vehicle loads and equipment. Working with the further team to ensure equipment is stored safely, accounted for, and maintained to operational standard. Other roles are listed below but the candidate will be able to apply themselves to multiple tasks where required.
Essential Skills
1. Full driving licence
2. Experience of warehouse systems
3. Team working
4. Flexible approach to working hours in busy periods
Desirable Skills
1. Understanding of audio visual industry and equipment
2. Fork lift licence
3. IT – Microsoft Office as minimum
The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for the following:
1. Warehouse – organising & tidying
2. Stock & inventory control and reporting
3. Job preparation, picking and loading
4. Re-checking equipment back into stock
5. Loading & unloading vehicles
The Warehouse Operative may also be responsible for the following:
1. Cleaning of equipment
2. Basic equipment maintenance
3. Delivery/Collection of local equipment hires
4. Liaison with other team members on job scheduling & job requirements
5. Vehicle checks and basic upkeep
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.41-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
