Sales Manager / Head of Sales
We are collaborating with a luxury travel business to fill the role of Sales Manager, who will work closely with our small and experienced sales team to identify opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 4-6 consultants to achieve their performance targets.
* Sell a unique luxury travel product to high-end clients, emphasizing exceptional experiences and personalized service.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the luxury travel industry.
* Strong understanding of the luxury travel market, including current trends and competitor activity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or hospitality.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
