Being a Care Professional, involves supporting he most vulnerable to your community, supporting with a mixture of task -
* Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.
* Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and mediation reminders.
* Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
* Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
No experience necessary, as we have a streamlined recruitment process which includes an induction, in house training and online e-learning, in a supportive environment.

We currently cover the following locations: Rugby, Lutterworth & Daventry. Due to this, we will only be accepting applicants who live within these areas, or a commutable distance who have access to a method of reliable transport.
