What You'll Do: As an Employment Associate, you'll have the opportunity to: Advise employer clients on day-to-day employment issues. Provide corporate support work and strategise on re-organisations and other employment projects. Manage and conduct employment tribunal claims. A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong technical abilities. Exceptional client service skills, with a knack for problem-solving. Excellent communication and client management skills.
