ISS UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billable Works Coordinator.
This role is integral to supporting the client account and involves a variety of tasks, including management of above base works, internal and external stakeholder management, quote process, order processing & invoice management.
Job Description
As a Billable Works Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the account by managing the entire lifecycle of billable works, from initial request to final delivery. This role involves working closely with Operations, Finance teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination, timely resolution of issues, and elimination of delays. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-intensity, fast-paced, and computer-based environment. With the team expanding due to increased demand, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of the Billable works process in line with contractual requirements
* Liaise with suppliers for quotations
* Management of the quotation and client approval process
* Raise purchase orders
* Resolve invoice queries and disputes
* Arrange and chase necessary paperwork
* Maintain an accurate database
* Monitor and track the status of orders, resolving any issues or discrepancies
* Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis
* Negotiate the best deal to suit company requirements
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operations & the Client to ensure a good quality of service is always maintained
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Communication skills
* Strong numeracy skills
* Highly self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
