Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in supervising and managing a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, employees, and vendors
- Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
