A well-established accountancy firm in Kettering is looking for an Audit Semi-Senior to Assistant Managerto join their friendly and collaborative team. The firm has a long-standing presence in the area and offers a relaxed office culture with hybrid and flexible working options.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client ownership and wants to develop their audit expertise across a varied portfolio. The team works with a range of clients, including UK subsidiaries of overseas parent companies and businesses with turnovers between £4M and £30M. There are no overnight stays, as audits are conducted either onsite in Kettering or remotely.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Taking ownership of your own client portfolio with support from senior team members.
2. Leading audit fieldwork and substantive testing, both onsite and remotely.
3. Planning and completing audit assignments, ensuring high-quality documentation.
4. Preparing statutory financial statements and identifying risk areas.
