Job summary 1. This role will involve autonomous, independent clinical practice, as well as leadership of the enhanced practitioners working in the department. The post holder will act as a senior healthcare professional within the Heart Failure Service and provide support to the Enhanced Practitioner workforce in Heart Failure and be identifiable, highly visible, and accessible to patients, carers and staff for assistance advice and support.
