Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager
* Offered with 3% office commission plus 10% commission on personal bankings plus a 5% bonus on hitting quarterly targets and paid quarterly.
* 1 Saturday off per month.
* You will have a team of 2 Sales Negotiators.
Role Overview
* Having seen a significant improvement in trading conditions with increased levels of new business across the board, as one of the town's market-leading Estate Agents, they are now looking to expand on their existing talent of Top Class property professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* You will manage the day-to-day Estate Agency business, working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.
* You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people, enjoy dealing with them in a business context, and believe passionately in delivering superior customer service.
* You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
* Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
* Setting and reviewing performance standards.
* Development of team members and implementing agreed business plans.
* Listing and selling properties.
* Maintain a compliant business.
Compensation and Hours
* Basic salary up to £30,000 with on-target earnings of £70,000 to £80,000.
* Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (one Saturday off a month).
