We are recruiting Front of House staff to join a fantastic team in an immersive work environment. The team are critical to ensure the tone and accessibility of the experience is perfect for everyone; they are there to assist and provide a high level of customer service that’s expected throughout the experience.
Knowledge of the narrative and art is an important aspect of the job as well as understanding safety procedures. Confidence in public speaking and willingness to get involved is key to succeed in this role as you will be actively guiding visitors through the journey of Wake The Tiger. Training will be provided to ensure all staff have the information they need to give every visitor the perfect experience.
Positions available within the Front of House job role are:
* Box Office – offering a warm and helpful welcome to visitors coming through our doors, upselling memberships and answering general enquiries via email and in person.
* Animator Front of House – our costumed staff positioned within the Amazement Park are here to enhance the visitor experience and highlight various aspects of the space they work in. They are also integral as the first point of contact for any Health & Safety concerns such as lost children.

Responsibilities
* Answering all questions from the public in an informed and professional manner
* Engaging with visitors to allow further exploration of the installations
* Ensuring Health & Safety is upheld in the Amazement Park and assisting the Duty Manager in managing emergency evacuations
* Vigilance against intentional damage or theft to any part of the attraction
* Reporting to the Duty Manager on shift, working through any issues that may arise, with a clear handover at end of shift
Skills
* Energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness to work on weekends and evenings
* Experience in retail, tourism or leisure, entertainment or visitor attractions
* Front Of House staff experience
* Experience in public-facing roles
