Our client, an international, FTSE business with an annual turnover of approximately £3bn, are looking for a Group Head of FP&A to join them for a maternity cover for up to 15 months. The client will require someone in their Birmingham offices on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
* Provide strategic financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support key decision-making.
* Partner with international stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights and reporting.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role within a listed business, ideally with a turnover of at least £500m.
* Strong background in leading FP&A teams, with a focus on developing and mentoring junior team members.
* Extensive experience working across international markets, with a deep understanding of the nuances of global financial management.
* Strong technical and strategic abilities, with a proven track record of success in a complex, large-scale business environment.
