A day in the life of…
As Director of Operations & Quality, you will lead a region of General Managers to deliver operational excellence against Aimbridge and brand standards by fostering a performance-led culture that underpins our vision, mission and values, and ultimately drives profitability for our owners.
Reporting to the VP Operations, you will work closely with the wider Operations team to contribute to the overall operational strategy, ensuring alignment across your region. As a natural coach, you will be passionate about developing talent through meaningful conversations and encouraging our General Managers to identify and inspire our future leaders.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience driving operational performance in a multi-site role within the hospitality industry, preferably within hotels. You will have a strong understanding of the internal and external drivers that impact hotel performance and have demonstrable experience in delivering commercial strategies to deliver profit. Leading a team of experienced leaders, you will support the identification of practical and strategic solutions that will ensure business profitability and underpin growth; therefore, you will be highly skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
This will be a UK-wide field role, with a requirement to travel on a regular basis.
