Randstad Sourceright (RSR) is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Expert Talent Advisor to play a crucial role in our Employed Consultant Practice (ECP), bridging two impactful initiatives: Consultants on Demand (COD) and Randstad Academy for Talent (RAFT). This unique role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise while making a tangible difference in people's lives.
About the Role:
As our Expert Talent Advisor, you'll be the linchpin connecting top-tier consultants with our clients through COD and empowering individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds through RAFT. This dual focus demands a proactive and versatile professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating opportunities for diverse talent.
What You'll Do:
Consultants on Demand (COD):
1. Manage the full requisition lifecycle for experienced consultants, from initial intake to hire, ensuring seamless client access to specialised expertise.
2. Utilise data insights and market knowledge to develop creative talent acquisition solutions, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic market.
3. Collaborate with ECP Consultant Managers to facilitate smooth transitions for consultants post-hire, focusing on performance, development, and redeployment.
Randstad Academy for Talent (RAFT):
1. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with charities, building a robust talent pipeline for permanent, secondment, and temporary opportunities.
2. Champion individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, facilitating their entry into meaningful employment.
3. Educate and advocate for RAFT within the Randstad talent acquisition community, expanding access to suitable roles.
4. Contribute to RAFT's 2025 goal of placing 50 candidates, maintaining our reputation for high-touch support.
5. Contribute to RSR’s and our clients ED&I Goals.
Shared Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end to end recruitment process.
2. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
3. Actively source and screen candidates.
4. Gather and analyse market intelligence.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an MSP or RPO environment.
2. Must have business development experience.
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
4. A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to supporting disadvantaged individuals.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
7. Familiarity with VMS/ATS systems.
8. A strong understanding of the recruitment process.
