Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Chester City Centre
Remuneration: Salary range of £23,-£25,
Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position
Hours: 8am-4.30pm / 9am-5.30pm - rota'd basis
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional phone-based customer service to contractors, addressing their queries and assisting with their needs.
2. Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Guide contractors through the registration process and proactively follow up on any outstanding documentation.
4. Take ownership of administrative tasks, such as sending out contractor payslips and completing other necessary paperwork.
5. Demonstrate excellent time management skills, working well within a fast-paced environment.
6. Maintain a positive attitude while working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared objectives.
