What You'll Be Doing:
1. Be the Backbone of Our Operations: Dealing with the Property Teams day-to-day administration tasks, including managing diaries, scheduling viewings, coordinating meetings, and chasing contractors, tenants, and agents to keep everything running smoothly.
2. Showcase Your Admin Skills: Handle property administration tasks, including document preparation and management.
3. First Point of Contact: Be the friendly face (and voice) of our property team, managing all incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
4. Hands-on Property Coordination: Organise viewings, liaise with agents, contractors, and solicitors, assist with site maintenance quotes, and keep our property schedules and databases up to date with the latest information.
5. Get Creative with Marketing: Support our marketing efforts by preparing property brochures, updating our website, and helping create engaging promotional material.
6. A Role with Variety: From managing leasing documents to supporting post-completion activities, from obtaining maintenance quotes to property management problem solving, every day brings a new challenge and opportunity.
7. Health & Safety Champion: Play an active role in ensuring our properties are compliant, safe, and well-maintained, collaborating with the Directors and Health & Safety advisors.
8. Be Part of a Collaborative Team: Whether it’s assisting with insurance claims, organizing site visits, or liaising with contractors and tenants, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* High accuracy and numeracy with excellent communication skills.
* A confident multitasker who can independently manage tasks with tact and professionalism.
* A sociable, positive team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
* Advanced IT skills, particularly with MS Office (SharePoint, Word, and Excel).
* Must own a car with a full, clean driving license.
* Previous experience in the Property industry is a plus.
