The role requires you to resource plan and analyse data, enabling an effective operation with appropriate cost controls. You will produce effective and efficient resource deployment plans, and ensure passenger demand can be met by the business. Principle accountabilities To create demand resource plans to produce short-term staffing requirements, taking into consideration relevant legislation and H&S requirements. Devise effective staff rosters from demand forecasts which are aligned with budgetary and capacity constraints, whilst also ensuring employment law requirements are met. Develop and produce data reports to effectively monitor and measure resource utilisation, deployment, and cost. Profile description: Resource and Planning experience is desirable but not essential. Ability to work with resource planning systems, work under pressure and analyse problems using data will be important for the role. This is a data and analytical role, and as such will require a strong working knowledge of IT, spreadsheets, and ideally planning systems.
