Main Responsibilities & Tasks Managing the Marketing Calendar – Ensure all marketing campaigns and promotions are planned and executed on time, maintaining alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Special Offer Gift Procurement – Research, purchase, and manage inventory of promotional items for special offers, ensuring items are procured and delivered within budget and on schedule. Web Sales Coordination – Work closely with the web developers to oversee digital sales activities, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with promotional campaigns. Working with the Web Developer – Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and optimised for marketing activities. Graphic Design Collaboration – Coordinate with the graphic design team to ensure all marketing materials are created on time, meet brand standards, and align with campaign objectives. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Management – Monitor and enhance website SEO performance, optimising content, keywords, and structure to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. Logging and Resolving Web Tickets – Track and log any web-related issues or tickets, coordinating with the web development team to ensure prompt resolution of technical problems. Campaign Execution – Implement physical and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and paid ads, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Performance Tracking and Reporting – Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and promotions, using tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs and provide regular reports on campaign outcomes. Customer Experience Enhancement – Continuously work to improve the online customer experience by identifying and implementing enhancements based on customer feedback and performance analytics. Social Media Coordination – Oversee social media accounts by scheduling posts, coordinating content with the design team, and engaging with audiences to build brand presence. Promotional Gift Fulfilment – Ensure that special offer gifts are distributed efficiently to qualifying customers, managing logistics and ensuring timely delivery. Email Marketing Support – Assist in distribution and tracking of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and digital sales. Market Research – Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer behaviours to inform campaign strategies and optimise marketing efforts. Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) – Follow all quality, environmental, and health & safety processes rigorously, ensuring compliance with company standards and reporting any breaches to the line manager.
