Agilis are currently exclusively partnered with an exciting and fast growing MSP based in Swindon in their search for a support engineer.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as Support Engineer onsite at a customer site in Highworth, Swindon for the majority of their week. There will be an occasional requirement to travel to other sites around the UK.
The primary duties for this role will include 1st-3rd line support for part of the week with the rest being customer or internal project work. Although, the main responsibility is the one customer that will be the main office and place of work; there are other customers that also require support and project.

Responsibilities:
* Providing an exceptional service; as a Support Engineer you'll be the first point of contact for all IT support faults, requests and guidance.
* Taking ownership for incident and service requests, communicating clearly with the people involved and remaining calm under pressure.
* Continuously improving service and developing IT processes.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Solid customer service skills and personable demeanor.
* Work using your own initiative.
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be a driver with full UK driving license.
* Minimum of two years' IT experience.
* Proven experience administering and working with Microsoft Windows desktop and Windows Server environment.
* Office 365 and Cloud application experience.
* Practical network experience, routing and switching.
* Microsoft Applications experience including Excel, Visio, Word, etc.
* Managing virtual machine environments, VMware/HyperV.
