Fairmead Managed Services are currently looking for a Document Controller on behalf of a Client based in Wickford.
The Role & Responsibilities:
* Monitoring project emails and publishing to foundations, including all attachments
* Updating document register when receiving RAMS, Attestations & Insurances
* Drawing management and distribution via email & hard copies – managing foundations & viewpoint 4 projects.
* Filing electronically
* Putting together orders for the QS
* General admin/office duties – typing up letters, photocopying, scanning, binding reports and minute taking etc.
* Track/Record H&S Docs – Take Twos, Non-Conformities, SHE Reports & Toolbox Talks.
* SHE Reports – chase SM for actions to be signed off, upload to foundations and update H&S tracker
* Chase subcontractors for outstanding documents on document register and keep up to date.
* Preparing O&M Manuals – collecting info from the subbies and putting together the folders. Printing & saving info to foundations & server.
* Site set up for new projects – setting up the project on foundations/viewpoint, Considerate Contractors registration, putting together folders, H&S site packs and printing/laminating posters.
* Archiving & clearing site box/files at the end of a job & filing/archiving required info
* Assist rest of the admin department when there is a heavy workload
* Checking all sections of smartwaste have been updated by site teams
