The Veterinary nurses is an integral part of our clients instore practice so team working and communication skills are key.
Our Veterinary nurses are the first port of call for the customers human and fury. Forming strong bonds with them to ensure improved animal health for the pets.
There is no typical day for a veterinary nurse (VN) and duties are very dependent on the veterinary practice you work for.
We are looking to hear from a VN who is comfortable at creating nursing care plans for the patient.
Aspects of inpatient care include:
• Admitting patients into the practice
• Running diagnostic tests, conducting observations
• Performing surgical procedures.
• Managing the treatments, monitoring recovery,
• Preparing theatre and equipment ready for the day’s procedures.
• Prepare the patient for surgical procedures by clipping the surgical area,
• Handing sterile equipment to the surgeon. Cleaning the patient following surgery.

AS Veterinary nurses our client is looking for candidates who have the ability to develop lasting relationships with customers and their owners.
To be considered for this role you will need to be fully qualified and pour client is happy to support and develop newly qualified Vets.
You would be an integral part of this small, diverse and team oriented practise located in a store setting.
