We are looking for an experienced Motor Claims Auditor to join our team. The Motor Claims Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of motor claims processing. This role involves auditing claims to identify discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and providing feedback to improve the claims handling process.
Key Accountabilities:
* Conduct thorough audits of motor claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
* Propose design improvements to above and deliver them in conjunction with the Motor Claims Team, Directors, Business Improvement Team, IT and MI Management Team.
* Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to claims handlers and management to improve processes and reduce errors.
* Collaborate with the claims team to develop and implement best practices for claims handling.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies related to motor claims.
* Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
* Assist in training and mentoring claims handlers on accurate and efficient claims processing.
* Review and develop Trinity's Audit capability across motor claims.
* Manage Motor Claims Journey Audits each calendar month, providing immediate feedback to SMT during the month as issues arise and reporting full results at month end.
* To contribute to the overall development of the business in conjunction with the Head of Motor Operations and the Senior Management Team, including meeting existing and potential clients.
Experience / knowledge:
* Able to demonstrate experience of working in claims, specifically personal injury portals and counter fraud.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in motor claims handling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex claims data and identify discrepancies.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing claims and ensuring accuracy.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear feedback and recommendations.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
* Integrity: Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
* Good standard of secondary education or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
