As Category and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for delving into category data and drawing insight in order to support the business growth ambition, while also taking ownership of building the Grocery e-comm plan. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a commercial individual to gain exposure across the business, developing key knowledge and a broad skillset.
Key responsibilities:
* Category Data Leadership: Lead the delivery of category data and leverage these insights to develop impactful recommendations that align with and support our growth objectives
* Grocery E-Commerce Development: Collaborate with the Head of Grocery to strengthen and expand our grocery e-commerce business. Manage the Grocery E-Comm budget effectively to achieve ambitious over-trading goals on grocery dotcom
* Strategic Commercial Management: Oversee full P&L responsibility for a key customer, driving performance, profitability, and fostering strong commercial relationships

The ideal candidate:
* Proven Expertise with Ambition to Grow: With 3+ years of experience in a Category or Commercial role, you're ready to elevate your skills, embrace new challenges, and make an even bigger impact!
* Analytical & Strategic Visionary: With a strong grasp of numbers and category data, you excel at crafting data-driven strategies and turning insights into compelling, category-focused proposals that drive success
* People-Centered Collaborator: Thriving in a customer-facing role, you effortlessly connect with both internal teams and external stakeholders, building relationships that fuel collaboration and results
* Growth Plan Enthusiast: Driven by a passion for creating and delivering dynamic growth plans, you love presenting innovative ideas and bringing exciting opportunities to life for customer
