This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a Legal 500-recognised team on a broad range of commercial property matters for high-profile clients across the public and private sectors. The Role You will work on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including: Drafting and advising on leases, development agreements, funding arrangements, and site disposals Supporting large regeneration projects and bespoke ventures Advising on LTA 1954 renewals, easements, covenants, and land registration Managing your own caseload and assisting senior team members as needed Collaborating closely with clients including retailers, developers, local authorities, universities, and social housing providers This role offers the opportunity to work on matters ranging from £100m developments to complex portfolio management projects.
