My client is currently looking for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join our experienced Contracts Team.
As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will be involved in:
1. Assisting the contracts team with the delivery of Contracts by liaising with Design, Procurement, Production & Site.
2. Assisting with resource planning.
3. Completing Surveys i.e. measuring material quantities, procuring materials & sourcing alternative solutions as required.
4. Maintaining project tracker and reporting on any known potential issues.
5. Minute taking at site meetings.
The successful application will have:
1. Completed a Construction related Degree.
2. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a team and use your own initiative.
6. A can-do attitude.
