We are pleased to be recruiting a Sales Order Processor for our client based in Sheffield S9.
This is a temporary to permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Hourly rate at £13.65 per hour.
The company is a friendly, family-owned supplier of industrial supplies based close to Meadowhall.
Other benefits include a casual dress code and free onsite parking.
The role will involve working as part of a team in order to:
1. Process emailed orders
2. Take orders over the phone
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Process card payments
5. Use Sage and in-house software
6. Perform other admin duties to support the effective running of the business
The right candidate will have attention to detail and be happy with dealing with customers over the phone while providing a high level of customer service.
