Our CEO Ash Warne started the business in 2017 after leading the simulator programmes at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams. We have since grown to a team of over 100 engineers, delivering turnkey driving simulators to customers including Ferrari F1 Team as well as a number of other marquee brands.
The role
As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a HR Advisor to join our team. The HR Advisor will be integral to the day-to-day people operations, supporting managers and improving our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our people and enjoy building strong relationships with all our colleagues and have a people-centric approach to work. They’ll act as a trusted employee relations (ER) expert and support, coach, and guide our managers in the implementation of people processes and effective people management.
Responsibilities
1. Provide advice and guidance on people management activities relating to policies and procedures, suggesting and supporting changes in line with business needs.
2. Support and administrate all parts of an employee life cycle.
3. Ensure compliance with all HR regulatory requirements and remain up to date with amendments to Employee law that affect the business, including GDPR.
4. Guide, support, and coach line managers with ER-related issues.
5. Ensure recruitment processes are fair and in line with the business plan, supporting our external agencies, and coaching our hiring managers to deliver a great candidate experience.
6. Support the onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
7. Assist in reviewing and restructuring administrative activities to optimise efficiency and alignment through the HR System.
8. Participate in projects and initiatives as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Previous experience of process improvement and systems.
2. CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent by experience.
3. Confidence in advising managers and handling low-level ER casework.
4. In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and a strong foundation and understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
