About the Role:
As a Service Desk Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients, ensuring smooth IT operations, and helping to drive their continued success.
What You’ll Do:
* Handle Service Desk queries via phone, email, and callbacks.
* Provide remote support using RMM systems and address alerts proactively.
* Visit client sites across the South-East and London for hands-on support.
* Log and manage tickets in AutoTask, keeping clients informed.
* Monitor and maintain backup systems and assist with configurations.
* Identify and share sales opportunities with the Account Management team.
* Propose and implement service improvements to elevate client satisfaction.
* Prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining accurate documentation.
* Deliver projects, installations, and escalations while developing your skills.
