Requirements:
* Assess individuals’ and families’ needs, including identifying risks, determining intervention methods, and advising on suitable services and resources.
* Collaborate and negotiate with professionals, statutory bodies, and voluntary agencies to ensure optimal services for clients.
* Manage and prioritize an allocated caseload, adhering to county policies and statutory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken and follow necessary administrative procedures.
* Participate in supervision, staff meetings, training, and contribute to service development by sharing knowledge and supervising students where appropriate.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
