Supervising Associate - Commercial Real Estate - Bristol
Rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial real estate solicitor to join a growing Bristol office as a Supervising Associate. You will be advising on all aspects of commercial property law, including leases and landlord and tenant matters, with exposure to property finance, insolvency/recovery, corporate occupier work, PFI/PPP projects, mortgage securitisations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant issues, and development transactions.
* Acting for institutional investors, property funds, and other financial institutions.
* Supporting renewable and clean energy developers or funds in the development, acquisition, and ongoing asset management of renewables projects.
* Developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Participating in marketing and client pitches.
* Drafting, negotiating, and problem-solving with a high level of proficiency.
Person Specification:
* 3-6 years PQE with experience in commercial real estate.
* Experience gained at a leading international, national, or regional practice.
* Proven track record of acting for institutional investors, property funds, or other financial institutions.
* Experience with renewable and clean energy projects is highly desirable.
* Excellent drafting, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
* A "can-do" attitude and a team player.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
