Knowsley – Team Manager – Adult’s Rapid Response Team – £55 per hour

Responsibilities:
-Support Rapid Response and reablement team with training, audits, and service development.
– Assist in change management and service improvements.
– Provide oversight of rota’s/shift patterns for effective service delivery.
– Conduct staff supervisions and demonstrate strong leadership and IT skills.
– Possess knowledge of Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Health and Safety regulations.
– Hold a full enhanced DBS check and be an essential car driver.
– Flexible in role, including weekend/out of hours cover as needed.
– Experienced in working within CQC regulated services.
