Qualifications Required To be considered for this role, candidates must hold: A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification. Key Responsibilities As a Nursery Practitioner, you will: Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, documenting their achievements and developmental milestones. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, ensuring clear and open communication. Support children’s emotional well-being by providing comfort, encouragement, and reassurance. Deliver personal care tailored to the needs of each setting and age group. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment. Ensure full understanding and effective implementation of safeguarding practices.
