From our launch in 2022, as Nobl continues to grow we are looking for a passionate, hardworking and humble individual to join us on this exciting journey in this newly created role.
We are currently seeking a Store Assistant for our pop-up store in London, Liverpool Street. Our team is the heart of our business, and this role is essential in creating an exceptional customer experience. You’ll communicate with our community, assist customers, and play a key part in making every visit to our store a memorable one.
Understanding our product is crucial to this role—we want to create an unforgettable experience from the moment a customer walks through the door. This includes maintaining clean fitting rooms, answering queries, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support all customers within the fitting process ensuring you are an expert on all Nobl product and can help with fitting and styling information
* Meet all brand values
* Stock rotation and stock room management
* Handling all transaction and returns processes.
* Assist customers, offering expertise on products.
* Create a welcoming store culture, collaborating with the team to offer the best service possible.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Availability:
You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays.
