Job summary PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY Our Outpatients team is recruiting healthcare support workers to support our clinics at Whipps Cross University Hospital and our community site at Forest Medical Centre in Loughton. We are looking for individuals with a keen desire to provide a high standard of patient focused care to our service users. You will work closely with our nursing teams to provide excellent care for patients. You will support medical staff and other clinicians during consultations, assisting with direct care and procedures. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to work using your own initiative as well as working effectively within a team. Ideal applicants will understand the importance of patient centred care and will be required to be flexible to meet the needs of the service. Our outpatient clinics are normally held Monday to Friday and our staff work on a rota which includes 2 late shifts a week. Outpatients is not a 9am to 5pm department.
