About the role
The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company.
In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of engaging social media strategies across all TGB platforms, driving brand awareness, community engagement, and content innovation. You’ll blend creative storytelling with data-driven insights to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with our global audience. You could also expect to:
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
* Create content, contribute original content, and oversee community management.
* Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to optimise organic and paid social efforts.
* Track and analyse social performance, providing insights for improvement.
* Stay ahead of trends to keep TGB at the forefront of the industry.
* Manage influencer and content creator partnerships.
* Support event coverage and product launches with strategic social activations.
* Ensure social content aligns with broader marketing and seasonal campaigns.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week at our Brighton HQ.
About you:
* Experience & Strategy: 4+ years in social media management, ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or beauty.
* Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in paid social strategy and content production.
* Analytical: Data-driven approach to measuring and optimising social performance.
* Communication: Strong writing and verbal skills with a focus on brand consistency.
* Creative: Innovative mindset with a keen eye for content and copy ideas.
