Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure academic growth and development.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to create and implement personalised learning plans.
* Provide emotional and behavioural support to help students build confidence and develop social skills.
* Monitor and track student behaviour and academic performance, making adjustments to teaching strategies as necessary.
* Ensure inclusion in classroom activities and foster a supportive, respectful learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
* QTS/PGCE or an equivalent qualification
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* 2 Proven professional references
* Enhanced DBS on the update service
* Previous experience handling SEN children
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
