About the Role As the Home Manager, you will be an inspiring leader, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our elderly residents. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the home’s financial performance, including managing occupancy and revenue targets. • Ensuring resident satisfaction and consistently achieving positive regulatory outcomes. • Leading and developing your team, fostering a positive work environment and career growth. • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities and the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to strengthen their brand.
