Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Description Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create and implement tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to facilitate learning and development Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support Required Qualifications: Specialist knowledge and experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN policies and best practises Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments Strong organisational and time management skills Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work in a one-on-one setting Collaborate with school staff and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
